With funding support received from Ontario Seniors Community Grant
Creative Community Hive could expand its bouquet of creative activities and host at new locations in Burlington over July-November 2024, thanks to receiving grant support from the Ontario Seniors Community Grant (SCG) and Halton Region Community Investment Fund (HRCIF).
In total we hosted 52 weekly sessions from July to November 2024.
In Burlington we hosted crafting sessions which included : Chinese Calligraphy, acrylic and watercolour painting, indigenous art printing, music and movement, making and playing board games, glass painting to name a few. These were hosted at Next Door Kitchen, Wellington Square United Church and St.Christophers Church.
